Monica Lunderman joined Bradley Company’s Multi-Housing team in 2019 as Regional Property Manager, Affordable Division. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and teams that provide on-site management and maintenance support for the affordable properties in the Indianapolis area, including Permanent Supportive Housing properties.
Monica brings with her over 15 years of property management and onsite experience. Prior to joining Bradley Company, she served as Asset Manager for Mapleton-Fall Creek Development Corporation where she managed the operations of all rental housing consisting of 70 scattered sites including market, multifamily, LIHTC/affordable housing, Tax credit/Section 42, Section 8 and HOME units; improved compliance efforts for city and state-funded programs. She was also responsible for supervising leasing coordinators and maintenance teams as well as managing the operations of all development properties and pocket parks including maintenance, signage, taxes and insurance.
Additionally, Monica has significant experience in the area of lease administration having held positions with Kite Realty Group, Finish Line and Sandor Development.
